BOOKING A SESSION

Step 1 – We first start with discussing you photographic goals and what you are looking for in a final product.  We need to learn about each other and what to expect when a photo session happens.  If I am not the best photographer for you, I can recommend other professionals you might contact.

Step 2 – I will research any restrictions we will need to work with.  Some sites require a permit to photograph at.

Step 3 – We review all costs and a signed contract is made.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the shoot.  A date is booked on my calendar.  

Step 4 – We do the photo session as planned.

Step 5 – I will review the photos after the photo session and remove any bad images leaving only the best photos for you to select from.  Bad images will include photos with your eyes closed, flash mis-fires, etc.

Step 6 – I will send you an email with a link to the photo session proofs.  You can select your favorites and then send me a list of those you want to purchase.  You will need to define what level of photo editing you want performed and what sizes the final print will be.  This information is needed so I properly edit the files.

Step 7 – The final 50% payment is needed to finish the order.

Step 8 – Arrangements will be made to make prints and send you the final files via a download link or USB drive.
